We provide email/SMS alerts and proof of delivery as standard and our store-to-store service includes £40 insurance cover! Our stores, drivers and depots also use secure storage facilities, barcode scanners, signatures pads and proof of ID checks

Home Delivery Network, the UK's largest home delivery and collection service.
Collect+ has carefully selected from the PayPoint network of over 22,500 convenience stores to provide the best possible service.
The movement of parcels is provided by Home Delivery Network Limited (HDNL). Their 3500 dedicated drivers deliver and collect over 300,000 parcels a day.

Collect+ offers simple and convenient customer returns services for a number of online and catalogue retailers, including Littlewoods, Very, Woolworths, MandMDirect.com and many more.
Returning a parcel is easy:
- Your retailer may have sent you a Collect+ returns label or you can quickly print one online via our website.
- Simply attach your returns label and drop-off your parcel in-store.
- You will then receive a receipt with a tracking code allowing you to track you parcel online.

Sending parcels to friends, relatives and even eBay traders
You can now send and receive parcels up to 10kg & 50x30x30cm via Collect+ stores for only £4.49!
How does it work?
- Download and print your label
- The sender takes the parcel to any Collect+ store
They'll scan and store it securely and the sender will be given a receipt as proof of despatch - We send an email or SMS message to tell the sender and recipient it's been dropped off. The message includes a reference number that is used to track it online and to claim the parcel at its destination
- When it arrives at its destination, we email or SMS the sender and recipient that it's ready for collection
- The recipient collects their parcel when it suits them. We'll hold the parcel for up to 10 days. The sender and recipient are sent a further email/SMS message telling you it's been collected
