How do I return a product
Online shopping is fast and fun, but we know it can often be a hassle when you need to send something back.
So, we decided to make it as easy as possible with long opening hours at thousands of convenient drop-off locations and proof of postage and online tracking as standard.
Just label your parcel and drop it off at a time and place that suits you!
Dozens of major retailers now provide a Collect+ returns label with your order or, if you haven't received a label, you can book one online then print it off at home.

Check your retailer's returns policy before sending an item back. It's usually printed on the delivery note you receive with your order.

choose our £3.99 'Jiffy Bag' option and for larger and heavier items
we offer a £4.99
'Standard parcel' option up to 5kg or a £6.99 'Heavy parcel' option
for parcels up to 10kg.
We accept parcels measuring
up to 50x30x30cm

you can send all kinds of things with
Collect+. But, sadly, there are some we have to say no to, such
as works of art, money,

How can Collect+ help me trade on eBay?
Collect+ provides eBay traders with a convenient new 3-5 day option for 'Economy Delivery'. Our network of drop-off locations are open early 'til late and often 7 days a week. You can pay with PayPal or credit/debit card and our prices start from £3.99 including VAT and £50 cover.
Our online tracking and 'proof of delivery' ensures your parcels are delivered in line with eBay Buyer Protection guidelines for items worth up to £150 - making any buyer claims quicker and easier to resolve.

Link your eBay and Collect+ accounts and you'll never need to type another address. All your recent buyers' addresses will be downloaded automatically, just choose which ones to send via Collect+ and print your labels!
How do I track a parcel?
Parcels typically take 3-5 days to reach their destination and
you can track your parcel in
real time because our shops, drivers and depots scan the barcode
on your Collect+ label
every step of the way.
Simply enter the unique 7-character tracking code on your receipt
or confirmation email to
see how your parcel is progressing.
Can I collect my online shopping from a local shop?
Brands including Littlewoods, Very and Woolworths now allow you to choose Collect+ as your delivery method when you order online or by phone.
Simply choose Collect+ and nominate any of our 4,500 local shops as the collection point. We'll deliver the parcel to the shop and email or text you when it arrives, ready to be collected at a time that suits you.
We'll keep the parcel at the shop for 10 days - and send you two reminders in case you forget it's there.
When you're ready to pick it up, just take along your unique 7-character Collect+ code and some proof of ID. The shopkeeper will enter your code, check your ID and hand over your parcel. Easy!

What compensation cover is provided?
With Collect+ you're protected with online tracking and £50 compensation cover as standard.
But, if you are sending a precious parcel to friends, family or eBay buyers, you can choose to upgrade; it costs just £1 for £100 cover, £3 for £200 cover or £5 for £300 cover. Simple!
We work hard on delivering your parcels quickly and safely, but in the unlikely event that your parcel is lost or damaged:
A. If you are returning an item, please contact your retailer's

B. If you purchased a label to send a parcel to a friend or eBay
buyer, email us at
claims@collectplus.co.uk.
We know your time is valuable and will try to resolve your claim
within 21 working days.
