Collect+ is a convenient, new parcel service, allowing you to send and receive parcels at local stores.
Collect+ is backed by PayPoint, the UK's leading payment network, and Home Delivery Network, who deliver over 300,000 parcels every day.
- Your retailer has provided a Collect+ returns label with your order (see example, right)
- Attach the label to your parcel and drop it off at ANY Collect+ store
- You will be given a receipt with a reference code to track your parcel
- Your return is processed on arrival at Additions
Please note:
- Your wrapped item must weigh less than 10kg.
- You should only attach one label to your parcel.
N.B.
- You should only attach ONE returns label to your parcel. Attaching two bar-coded labels can result in tracking issues.
- Customers should not use this form for any other brands as your parcel will NOT be returned to your retailer and you may incur charges to recover your parcel. Please refer to your retailer's website.
