1. Attach the Collect+ label

   If you were entitled to a FREE return when you placed your order you should have received a Collect+ returns label in your parcel.

   If you did not receive a returns label but think you were entitled to a FREE return please contact Artigiano on 0844 482 8888

   Then, attach the label to the parcel, ensuring the delivery label is not visible and that your parcel weighs less than 10kg

2. Drop the parcel at a shop

   You can drop off your parcel at ANY of over 4,500 local corner shops, open late, 7 days a week
