It's easy to return items to Ideal World

1. The Collect+ service is available for returns of selected Ideal World products only.

   Attach the Collect+ label

   If your item can be returned with Collect+ you should have received a Collect+ returns label in your parcel.

   If you have lost your label or require further information please contact Ideal World Customer Services (Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week) on 08717 123 456

   Calls cost 10p per minute from BT landlines, other networks and mobiles may cost more.

   Then, attach the label to the parcel, ensuring the delivery label is not visible and that your parcel weighs less than 10kg

2. Drop the parcel at a shop

   You can drop off your parcel at ANY of over 4,500 local corner shops, open late, 7 days a week
