As of the 1 October 2020 you may notice some small changes with CollectPlus, but don’t worry you will still be able to use the CollectPlus service that you know and love.
What’s changed? PayPoint have taken full ownership of the CollectPlus brand and will continue to service returns and click & collect across multiple carriers including Yodel, DHL, FedEx and also retail giants such as Amazon and eBay.
The CollectPlus store network is made up of thousands of newsagents, convenience stores, supermarkets and petrol stations, so wherever you are, there’s a good chance that a CollectPlus Point is nearby. CollectPlus Points are open 7-days a week, early ’til late, so collecting and sending parcels is easy and convenient.
Yodel will continue to deliver a great service via the CollectPlus points so you can click and collect, send a return, or indeed send your own parcel to friends and family, or your own customers as normal. This website, collectplus.co.uk, will be refreshed later this month to encompass all the carriers, however if you are looking specifically for CollectPlus delivered by Yodel then please do visit our new website address: www.collectplus.yodel.co.uk.
This is an extremely important moment for CollectPlus which has grown substantially to become the UKs biggest independent parcel network. We look forward to continuing to work closely with PayPoint and the millions of customers who rely on the CollectPlus service.
The CollectPlus Team.
