London Fashion Week is back and we couldn’t be more excited to see the new street style trends. If you’re attending, you’ll know that you’re going to need tonnes of different outfits, but something people often overlook is the amount of bags you’ll need.
When shooting content around London, the best solution I have found is to have a mini suitcase with all the outfit changes and accessories you need in it. It saves the lugging of a huge bag on your back and is the most efficient way to carry out those all-important outfit changes for multiple content shots for my Instagram posts. Make a 4-wheel suitcase your friend if you’re like me, it will be the best thing you do this year, not the mention the pretty floral print that this one from Very.co.uk has.
The ultimate bag for the mini essentials, the Mango Snake bag is the best solution for being on the go over London Fashion Week. Just put it round your waist and off you go, free hands and all. I actually managed to fit more than I thought possible in this too: my phone of course, a lipstick and mirror, cash/cards, house keys, and the best survival tip for everyday life, a battery pack for double charge when out at shows and events all day.
The perfect “chuck it all in” and go bag. The Warehouse Woven Bucket bag has the space you need to throw all your belongings in, even a change of shoes can fit in this baby! Wear it over the shoulder or across your body, either way this is the bag for you if you can’t ever decide what to take out with you for a day, just take it all in this one.
Mango’s Mini Beaded bag is just stunning. It’s adorable and the details make this my favourite for any evening look during LFW. The tortoise shell print with bead strap is an elegant accessory to style with any evening outfit, whether it a long ballgown or even if you’re opting for something more casual, this is one of those bags that works with anything and will really finish off the look.
This ASOS Design shoulder asymmetric bag with monogram print is my wild card for LFW. The clashing red and pink is definitely a bit of me, and is one you can style with neutral colours to give you the pop of colour every outfit (in my opinion) needs. You could even style it with tones that clash to really stand out from the crowd and make a statement with this bag.
It’s ok to treat yourself to more than one you know 😉
