Summer Bank Holiday 2017 is just around the corner, so we wanted to keep you up to speed on how this will affect CollectPlus services, whether you want to send a parcel, or return an item to a retailer.
Due to the long weekend, parcels will not be delivered to or collected from our stores on Monday 28th August. You may drop off items in line with stores’ opening hours, but they will not be collected and moved onwards until Tuesday 29th August.

CollectPlus Customer Service over Summer bank holiday 2017
Our Customer Service team will be available at the usual times for the rest of this week and on Saturday 26th August, i.e:
Mon – Fri: 08:00 – 20:00
Saturdays: 08:00 – 16:00
They will be available on bank holiday Monday at the following times:
Monday 28th August 09:00 – 17:00
Sending parcels with CollectPlus over Summer bank holiday 2017
If you drop your parcel(s) in store on or after Wednesday 23rd August, it will take approximately one extra day for us to deliver it to its destination using the Standard service.
If you normally use our Economy service and want your parcel(s) to arrive in time for the weekend, we recommend upgrading to our Standard service and dropping it in store before Thursday. See our usual delivery speeds, here >>
Returning items over Summer bank holiday 2017
You may drop off any Returns parcels as usual at your chosen CollectPlus store, but please check locally for any changes to your store’s usual opening hours in case of any changes over the long weekend.
Please note, it will take around a day longer than usual for your item to reach the retailer if you drop it in store after Wednesday 23rd August, as Returns will not be collected and moved on from the store until Tuesday 29th August.
