We aim to safely deliver your parcels in the condition that they were sent in, however we do apologise if your parcel has been damaged in transit. If you are the recipient please notify the sender who must contact us within 7 days of delivery for the claim to be valid. A claim can only be made by the sender of the parcel.
We will send the parcel sender a claim form for completion. Please ensure you include photos of the damaged item and all of the packaging as evidence for the claim.
Once we have all of the information required, we aim to process the claim within 7 days.
