I think my parcel is lost, what should I do?

If there have been no tracking updates for at least 3 working days and your recipient has not received your parcel, please contact us so that we can investigate and get your parcel on its way again.

In the rare case that your parcel is lost, we will send you a claims form. Please ensure that you contact us within 28 days to make a claim. We aim to settle claims within 7 days of receiving your completed claims form.
