I have an issue with my CollectPlus account, what should I do?

If you have recently registered for a CollectPlus account

You will receive an email requesting that you confirm your email address by following the link. This must be done to activate your account.

If you are an existing account holder

Issues with your password

To reset your password click on “sign in” and select “forgotten your password”. We will need the email address you originally signed up with to send you a link to reset your password.
