How do I know when my parcel is ready to collect?

All communications will come from eBay. You will receive a sms or email with a collection barcode in it and instructions on what to do. The eBay collection codes all start with the letters FM.

This all depends on the shipping method the seller has chosen, there are more specific details given against the item. Ebay say on average it takes 3 days.

How do I collect my eBay click & collect parcel?

You take your collection code to the store for scanning. No ID is required to be shown in store.

How long do I have to collect my parcel?

Parcels are held in store for 7 days, if uncollected the parcel will be returned to the sender.

Yes, as long as they have the collection code.

Can I change the store after placing my order?
