How do I return a parcel with CollectPlus?

CollectPlus works with many Retailers for returns, you will either receive a returns slip with your original parcel delivery or you can check on our website to see if we return parcels to a specific Retailer. In some instances there may be a charge for the return label; this price is set by the Retailer. Each parcel will need it's own unique label. To get a returns label click here. When you drop your parcel into a CollectPlus store you will be given a paper receipt with a tracking reference (it will be 7 characters/digits) and you can use this to track your parcel as it makes its way back to the Retailer.

If you download the CollectPlus app and scan your return parcel you don’t have to retain the paper receipt as the app will store all your parcel information.

How to return a parcel from the Republic of Ireland?

We offer a return service to a few selected UK retailers for their customers who are resident in the Republic of Ireland and who have a Parcel Motel account http://www.parcelmotel.com/. This service is NOT available to UK residents.

Returning a parcel in London with Gett taxis

For residents of central London we have recently launched a service with Gett taxis. This allows busy people in Zones 1 and 2 to use the Gett taxi app to get their return picked up and delivered for them to a CollectPlus store.
