What is covered with CollectPlus?

There are some items that cannot be sent through the CollectPlus service, for a full list please click What can I send using CollectPlus.

The following is a list of the items we are most commonly are asked if they can be sent, the following are all prohibited items in our network and CANNOT be sent using CollectPlus and would not be covered in the event of a claim:

  • Glass items (Including lamps/mirrors).

  • Musical Instruments

  • Original Photos/ Videos

  • Precious metals/stones (Gold, Silver, Diamonds)

  • Ceramic/Resin/Marble/China/Stone/Amber/Fossils/Porcelain/Pottery/Chalk or plaster of Paris (composites or items containing these materials)

Please remember that we also cannot carry any item that is outside of our maximum dimensions of 60x50x50cm or our maximum weight of 10kg

My parcel has arrived damaged - I want to make a claim

If you have contacted us about a lost parcel and we cannot find your parcel we will send you a claim form.

Please follow the instructions on the form and return it to us as quickly as you can, but in any event within 28 days of the last tracking update.

If you are asked to provide a proof of value, please note that this has to be less than six-months old.
