CollectPlus opens new outlets in Sheffield, Stoke and Coventry to provide alternative to Post Office

News comes as fears surface that The Post Office could make further cuts CollectPlus, the parcel service operating through corner shops, is opening ten new outlets in Sheffield, six new outlets in Stoke-on-Trent and five in Coventry this month. EastEnders’ corner shop is latest to offer innovative parcel send service CollectPlus, the parcel send and collection service, which allows parcels to be sent to and from local stores, has arrived in Walford to serve the characters of BBC soap opera EastEnders. Residents of Albert Square now have a handy alternative from which they can send and receive parcels through their local store, Minute Mart on Bridge Street. Cheaper alternative to Royal Mail launched with CollectPlus Jiffy Bag service CollectPlus, the delivery and collection service operating from local stores, is now offering its customers a Jiffy Bag service for packets of 2kg and under. The new Jiffy Bag service allows customers to take a packet to their local store and have it delivered within 3-5 working days to any address in mainland UK, with its journey tracked throughout. CollectPlus launches parcel sending service from network of 3,500 local stores as a convenient alternative to the Post Office

Record Christmas parcel volumes for CollectPlus

Deliveries increase by a quarter in lead up to Christmas CollectPlus, the innovative parcel service which enables online shoppers to send and return parcels via their local store, saw record volumes this Christmas from its retail clients.
