CollectPlus, the largest store-based parcel service in the UK, is now offering customers the option of collecting purchases from its network of over 5,000 convenience stores and petrol stations even more quickly by using a unique barcode sent to their mobile phone. For those using the “Click&Collect” service offered by a growing number of retailers, including Amazon, House of Fraser, ASOS and, it has never been easier or more convenient to pick up purchases. Service Improvements

What if your parcel is undeliverable? Following feedback from customers about the way undeliverable parcels are returned to you, we have made some changes to checkout. We now need your name and address when you book your parcel label to enable us to automatically return a parcel back to you should we be unable to deliver it.  To save you time, we’ll store this address for future bookings and you can edit the address securely by signing-in to or creating your own account on our website. New Checkout Options

New Signature Option Once you have selected your parcel weight we now have two options for you to choose from, with a new range of compensation levels. No signature required – Ideal for low value items If your recipient is out your parcel will be left safe at their property, or with a neighbour. If neither is available a card will be left and the courier will keep the item for redelivery. Do you take out compensation cover when you send high value items? Although our prices include industry-leading cover of £50 as standard, you can also add on additional compensation cover for more valuable items for only a small amount more: Up to £50 cover – complementary £3.00 buys you up to £150 of cover £5.00 buys you up to £300 of cover   While we work very hard to delivery all of our parcels quickly and safely, feedback from customers who’ve had to make a claim suggests that not taking out adequate cover can sometimes be a costly oversight.
