CollectPlus expands team with two new appointments

Customer Services Director and National Sales Manager positions are filled

CollectPlus, the convenient new parcel service which allows online shoppers to collect and return parcels via their local store, has today announced the appointment of a new Customer Services Director and a National Sales Manager to its growing team.

Mark Lawrence has joined CollectPlus as Customer Services Director, having worked in the logistics and supply chain sector for over 20 years. Mark will focus on development of all aspects of operations and service. Prior to joining CollectPlus, Mark was Head of UK Operations for Marks & Spencer where he was responsible for all non-food logistics in the UK, including ecommerce fulfilment and furniture home delivery as well as store replenishment. Mark has worked in the operations arena with a number of other high profile brands, including British Airways, Glaxo SmithKline, Heinz, First Quench and Fullers Brewery.

Richard Tucker joins the business as National Sales Manager. Richard brings a wealth of knowledge about fulfilment, ecommerce, FMCG, retail returns management and supply chain having worked for companies such as Unipart, Oakley, WH Smith, Jessops and Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen. Richard will continue the development of CollectPlus’ retail partnerships, alongside the expansion of new relationships within 3PL, fulfilment outsourcing and multichannel commerce.
