CollectPlus confirms partnership with Clarks

CollectPlus is pleased to announce an innovative new partnership with Clarks, which will see the retailer become the first footwear-focused brand to offer the Click&CollectPlus service to consumers.

In addition to offering Clarks’ customers the option of picking up purchases at a time and place convenient to them, CollectPlus will also be providing returns for those shopping with the world number one brand in ‘everyday footwear’. With 5,000 CollectPlus stores and petrol stations in the network, all of which open early until late and often seven days a week, it has never been so easy and convenient for customers to collect Clarks products purchased online.

The Click&CollectPlus service offers customers that do not live close to one of Clarks’ 400+ shops greater convenience, enabling them to incorporate the collection of their new shoes into their everyday journey. Customers will also have complete peace of mind, being able to track their parcel every step of the way with CollectPlus.

With 87% of the UK’s online shoppers now within a mile of a CollectPlus store in urban areas, and 88% within five miles in rural locations, Clarks’ products have never been more accessible. The service will also allow Clarks to comprehensively assess their regional uptake, and the consumer demands in different areas.
