Want to send a parcel with us but don’t have access to a printer?
We can now print labels for you at any of our 5,800+ stores (certain stores are currently excluded – see full list here), when you select our new Print in Store option. This new service is available as an add-on when you buy a send label through our website, and is offered at an extra 30p per label.
No printer, no problem.
Whether you’ve run out of ink or just don’t have the space to devote to bulky printing equipment at home, you can still enjoy the ease and convenience of sending parcels with CollectPlus. Here’s how it works:
1. Buy your parcel label on the CollectPlus site as usual, selecting the Print in Store option. You’ll pay an extra 30p at checkout for each label you ask us to print for you.
2. Next we’ll send you an email including a barcode for each send label purchased with this option selected.
3. Take this email into any one of our 5,800 stores* using a smartphone or other internet-enabled mobile device, and present it to the store assistant who will scan the barcode and print out your label, place it in a protective wallet and attach it to your parcel ready for sending.
If you don’t have a smartphone, just make a note of the reference number included in the email, which starts with ‘PS’. You’ll be given a receipt including a tracking code, which you can use to follow your parcel’s progress using our parcel tracking page or the CollectPlus mobile app, which can be downloaded from iTunes or Google Play.
We hope that you’ll find our Print in Store option an easy and convenient solution when sending parcels, but we’ve put together some possible questions you might have before choosing this option.
Can I take the label home to attach to my parcel?
Yes, but please always use the wallet provided. Clear tape and other adhesives will damage the label and must not be used under any circumstances (if you need another wallet please ask the store who will be happy to provide one).
How long will it take to deliver my parcel?
Time taken to deliver your parcel will depend on the service you have purchased, and on the day that you drop your parcel at the store. Standards parcels are typically delivered 2 working days after being dropped off, whilst Economy parcels are typically delivered 3-5 working days after being dropped off in store.
If you are sending parcels to or from non-mainland addresses please allow up to 5 additional working days for delivery.
What happens if I no longer need the label that I have purchased or if the name/address is incorrect?
All you need to do is complete the information boxes here within 28 days of purchase and we will automatically refund any label that was purchased through our website and which has not been used.
My label is damaged can it be re-printed?
Yes, please present the barcode again to the store assistant, who will be able to reprint the label for you.
