The London 2012 Olympics start on the 15th July with the official opening of the Olympic Village. The Olympic Games begin on the 27th July and will run for two weeks, with the Paralympic Games then running between the 29th August and the 9th September. The Olympic Park will close the 14th September 2012.

During this busy time, CollectPlus will continue to deliver to all London postcodes and all CollectPlus stores will continue to accept parcels.

However, whilst we have detailed contingency plans in place, stores and homes within the red zone on the map below may experience some disruption. As a result a small proportion of parcels may exceed regular delivery times by 1 working day.

Deliveries to Olympic Village (E20)

Unfortunately CollectPlus cannot accept deliveries to the Olympic Village which is located in the postcode E20. This is due to the fact that under Olympic sponsorship agreement, UPS has exclusive access to this postcode. Normal service to the E20 postcode area will resume from 15th September.

We will keep you updated regularly and inform you if there are any changes.
