Little Satsuma

CollectPlus is constantly striving to provide online businesses with great value for money and convenience. We love hearing feedback from our customers and finding out how their businesses operate.

Today it was our pleasure to speak to Jane Hampson, founder of “Little Satsuma” – The first palm oil free soap range in UK

Jane told us:

“I do it as well as my day job and it gets very busy at times, so being able to drop stuff off at weekends to a shop or later on when Post office is shut, allows me to run my business still outside of the traditional 9-5 hours. With rising costs at Royal Mail, and a lengthy process on lost mail from Royal Mail, it makes sense for me and my customers to use CollectPlus for reliability, price and flexibility on drop off times!”

Little Satsuma provides the first palm oil free soap range in UK and supports rainforest and orang-utan conservation charities. Little Satsuma actively campaigns on eco and enviro issues that you can see on twitter @satsuma22.

Jane went on to comment:

“Some profits go to various animal charities, plus we fund everything for a gibbon saved from rainforest being cut down called ‘Satsuma’ and another monkey called ‘Cheeky’.

Little Satsuma plans to launch the trade side of crystal deodorant business, mail order catalogue for those not still not keen on online, and new range of products made by our new Paris trained herbalist.”

We are delighted to have had an impact on Little Satsuma, and wish Jane the very best for the future.
