We’re really proud of the great customer service we offer in partnership with our friends at Jaywing. The good news is that it’s not just us that think they’re doing a brilliant job, as last night they were awarded a prize for their excellent management of our customer service contact centre.
Jaywing picked up Best Outsourced Contact Centre at last night’s South West Contact Centre Forum (SWCCF) Awards. Its customer management outsourcing was recognised as ‘top of the league’, while Jamie Sutton was named sales agent of the year.
The awards are an annual showcase that recognises the very best in the contact centre industry in the South West, and Jaywing’s win is fantastic recognition for the work they have done with us to ensure that CollectPlus continues to offer the very best in customer service.
A high level of customer satisfaction is at the heart of the CollectPlus offer and this award with Jaywing is just one of the many accolades that demonstrates our strength in this area.
