Sending a parcel

Please ensure you drop your parcels in store by these dates for delivery before 25th December. You may still drop off items in line with stores’ opening hours after these dates but they will not be collected and moved onwards until after Christmas.

Please note, stores may alter their usual opening hours during the festive period, so we recommend you check in with your local store if you are planning on dropping off or collecting parcels at this time.

If you usually use the Economy service, we recommend using Standard for faster delivery of your items; you can find out more about the two services and delivery speeds offered by CollectPlus here.

Returning an item

Please be aware that returns usually take 3-5 working days to reach their destination. Due to the upcoming holiday, this period may be extended – so we cannot guarantee returns will be received by the retailer before Christmas. You can track your return’s progress back to the retailer in the ‘My Parcels’ area of your CollectPlus account if you have one, or by typing in the item’s tracking code here.
