- What size and weight parcel can I send with CollectPlus?
We accept parcels measuring up to 60 x 50 x 50cm, and our maximum allowed parcel weight is 10kg. Once you are happy you can send your item through our network it is worth following our handy packaging tips to make sure your items are safely transported. Click the link below to find out more.

You can track a parcel by entering your tracking reference in the field above – this will show you the latest status of your parcel (parcels are scanned at each physical point in our network). There may be pauses in the parcel’s journey at times, please only contact us if your parcel that has not moved for over 24 hours or is past its estimated delivery day. Our drivers deliver parcels between 7am to 7pm.
