How to track a parcel with CollectPlus

How can I track my parcel?

Our tracking is updated realtime on key events as your parcel moves through our network, you can access this any time by going to our tracking page and entering your CollectPlus Tracking Code.

You can also easily track your parcel if you download our free CollectPlus mobile app for Android or iOS.

Alternatively you can enter your CollectPlus tracking code in the navigation bar at the top of each of our webpages.

This will be between 7 and 16 characters long and is made up of letters and numbers – an example is ABC1DE2 or 8KH1234567890A030.

Alternatively log in to your CollectPlus account to track parcels.

How will I know when my parcel arrives?

If you are sending your parcel to another CollectPlus store, we will let you know when your parcel has arrived by sending you an SMS if you have given us your mobile number or by email.

If you haven’t received an email from us, but think you should have, always check your spam email box before contacting us.

If you are sending a parcel to your recipient’s home, our online tracking will let you know when your parcel has been delivered.

How long will it take for my parcel to be delivered?

For our “Standard” service parcels will be typically be delivered within 2 working days and for our “Economy” service it is typically 3-5 working days.

Bank holidays and weekends are not treated as ‘working days’.

You should typically allow 1 extra working day for deliveries to and from Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Far North of Scotland and up to 5 extra working days for the deliveries to and from the Scottish Islands.

Please also note that we do not deliver to or from the Channel Islands.

We do not offer timed delivery or collection slots from our stores and our drivers may deliver your parcel from 7am to 9pm.

If you are returning an item, allow adequate time after the delivery date before contacting the retailer.

I have lost my tracking number

If you purchased the label, you can find your CollectPlus tracking reference on the attachment in the email we originally sent to you when you purchased the label or on your receipt you would have been given when you dropped off your parcel.

If you have an account with us, you can find your CollectPlus tracking reference by logging in here.

If a retailer has supplied you with a returns label you will have to contact them directly for more information.
