Why should I create a CollectPlus account?

When you create an account on our website you can buy parcel labels and track your parcels all in one place. If you’ve downloaded our Mobile App, you can also access your CollectPlus account when you’re on the go.

You can link your CollectPlus account to eBay and download your customers’ delivery addresses from eBay meaning that there is no need to type in email addresses when you want to send a parcel.

If you’ve started to book a few parcels and had to stop midway, our ‘Saved parcels’ section lets you finish your booking without retyping all the addresses.

You can also introduce friends to CollectPlus and get 10% off the first time they use the service, using our ‘Refer-a-friend’ tool.

Why should I opt in to receive the latest news and special offers from CollectPlus?

When you create an account or buy a label you will be able to opt into receiving the latest news and special offers from CollectPlus by ticking a box.

We use this facility to keep you updated on new service options, special offers, competitions, new store openings and hints and tips to make your use of our service even better. We would recommend that you do opt in if you want to receive these updates.

We will never pass your details onto any third parties and you unsubscribe at any time. To unsubscribe, all you need to do is click on the link at the bottom of any of our emails.


I’ve forgotten my CollectPlus account password – how do I reset it?

Simply go to the Sign In page on our website and click on ‘forgotton your password’, we will need the email address you signed up with to send you the link to reset your password. You will then be able to access your account using your new password.
